friendly valet

Just a decent option for a weekend stopover in Naples with very good value for money. The valet who drove the hotel minibus was friendly and helpful, which made our arrival smoother. Maybe try looking for a room higher up to avoid noise from the dining area.

We enjoyed free bikes for riding to nearby beaches and a spacious two-bedroom suite with a washer and dryer. Loved the pool area. it felt like our own oasis! The complimentary beach equipment was a great bonus too!

Spacious and cozy stay!

The two-bedroom suite was huge, had a nice kitchen, and even a washer/dryer combo. The pool area was fantastic, and I loved eating outside at the restaurant. A bit pricey though, and the towels had a weird smell. Overall, a great getaway!

Our stay in a two-bedroom suite was just fantastic. The unit felt spacious and came with a fully equipped kitchen, which was a great advantage for family meals. Beds were super comfy, making it easy to recharge after long days. We loved the complimentary beach equipment and the free bikes for exploring nearby areas. The pool area felt like our own oasis, perfect for relaxing. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful, especially Robin who made our check-in smooth and provided local recommendations. One downside was the limited size of the pool. it got crowded at times. Also, there were minor cleanliness hiccups like not having the balcony cleaned properly on our first day. A little more attention to detail would elevate the experience. Despite these concerns, I’d recommend Bellasera for the excellent location and overall experience.
